100% of the firm’s trainees and apprentices have chosen to stay
Schofield Sweeney has announced that its 2024 cohort of trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices have successfully completed their training, with all choosing to continue their legal careers at the firm.
This full retention rate has been a milestone achievement for the firm, which was recently named among The Sunday Times Best Places to Work.
Neil Towse, Schofield Sweeney’s HR director, praised the dedication and expertise of the newly qualified solicitors:
“Their dedication, hard work, and talent have earned them qualification, and we are proud to retain them as valued members of our growing team,” he said. “This milestone reflects our commitment to nurturing future legal professionals, and we look forward to their continued contributions to our clients and the firm’s success.”
