Holden Smith strengthens conveyancing team with Tim Hare appointment

Holden Smith has expanded its residential conveyancing team with the appointment of Tim Hare, who will be based at the firm’s Elland office.

Hare joins Holden Smith from the north-west law firm Russell & Russell, bringing significant experience in residential conveyancing to the growing team.

Ryanne Smith, director and branch manager at the Elland office, expressed her enthusiasm about the new addition. “Our conveyancing team is growing rapidly, and as we continue to support a growing client base, we are delighted to welcome Tim to Holden Smith. His breadth of experience in residential conveyancing will help bolster our growing team and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients,” she said.

Founded in 2019 by James Smith and David Bancroft, the firm specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and probate, family law, and corporate law.

Hare also shared his excitement about joining the firm, which employs a team of more than 100 people across its five offices in Denby Dale, Elland, Horsforth, Leeds Crossgates, and Queensbury.

“I have followed Holden Smith since the firm was established in 2019 and have been impressed with its growth and ambition to do things differently,” he said, “I am delighted to be joining the conveyancing team at an exciting time with further growth on the horizon and look forward to working closely with Ryanne and the team to build on their success.”
