Taylor Emmet celebrates 27 employee promotions

Leading law firm, Taylor Emmet, is celebrating a total of 27 promotions reflecting continued growth and investment in its people.

As of April 2026, 5 employees were promoted to salaried Partner, including Adam Gould, Head of Technical Residential Conveyancing, Laura Hardy, Operational Lead within the Private Client Department, Richard Whiteley, Head of the firm’s Agricultural and Rural offering in Taylor Emmet’s Peak District office, Komal Landa, of the Wills and Trust Disputes team and Corinna Lincoln of the Clinical Negligence team.

Additionally, Mike Robinson has been promoted to Associate Director within the firm’s growing Digital Marketing & Technology sector.

Across the firm, 9 employees have been promoted to Senior Associate positions, and 6 to Associate roles. The firm has also promoted 3 people to Senior Support roles and 2 to Assistant Manager roles.

To reinforce Taylor Emmet’s “For you. For life” philosophy and, as part of the firm’s strategic change management programme, Elisha Zulfquar has also been appointed Head of Client Services. The programme focuses on evolving internal operations to deliver strong service consistency across client-facing teams.
