AWB Charlesworth Solicitors are delighted to announce that Aqeelah Bahadar has been promoted to the position of Associate Director.
Aqeelah joined AWB Charlesworth in May 2018 after completing the LLB and LPC at the University of Huddersfield in 2017. She successfully obtained her training contract in April 2019, and qualified as a solicitor, and was admitted to the roll in April 2021.
Aqeelah is now on the pathway to becoming STEP-qualified. As such she will be considered to be an internationally-recognised expert in the field. She deals with a wide range of private client work including Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates, Estate Planning, Court of Protection matters and Powers of Attorney.
Aqeelah enjoys the variety of work the private client field brings as well as getting to know the clients she is able to assist. This is apparent in the exemplary feedback she receives from clients. Not only do the comments focus on Aqeelah’s professionalism and knowledge. But clients welcome her warmth, her empathy, her compassion, her willingness to listen, and ultimately her ability to translate a complex process into a simple one.
