Passion for ESG

Addressing the firm’s broader responsibilities, Steven reiterated his dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. “It remains a fundamental passion of mine to ensure generous investments in social value projects, involvement in programs that encourage social mobility and diversity,” he affirmed.

Acknowledging Martin Hulls’ tenure and contributions, Steven praised his predecessor’s leadership during challenging times. “Martin has successfully charted the firm through an incredibly testing economic and sociological period… The firm is enormously grateful for his tireless efforts,” he noted.

In response, Martin expressed confidence in Steven’s capabilities, stating, “With Steven’s energy, strategic leadership, and passion, I very much look forward to seeing the firm continue to grow and expand.” His endorsement underscores the continuity and confidence in Ward Hadaway’s leadership transition.
