Wake Smith Solicitors expands corporate team with three new hires

South Yorkshire law firm Wake Smith Solicitors has strengthened its corporate team with three new additions to become one of the region’s largest company and commercial specialists. 

Joe Creasor joins as a newly qualified solicitor, having spent the previous 12 months as a trainee within the department. Trainee solicitor Michael Lea has also joined the ranks; demonstrating Wake Smith’s continued commitment to development 

Wake Smith’s company commercial team is led by director and chairman John Baddeley, director Rebecca Robinson and associate Tom Haywood. The department has recently been bolstered by corporate solicitor Millie Vaughan, bringing the number of new cohorts to three.
