Switalskis has made a key addition to its clinical negligence team. Helen Richardson has joined as the new clinical negligence operations lead. This role was created to support the firm’s expanding focus on clinical negligence cases.
Helen Richardson takes the helm
Helen Richardson brings over 25 years of civil litigation experience to Switalskis. She is an SRA-qualified solicitor and barrister with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) qualifications. Her background includes representing both claimants and defendants in clinical negligence, employment, and public liability.
Helen will focus on improving Switalskis’ operations. Her goals include boosting efficiency, managing resources, enhancing client service, and strategic planning. Switalskis aims to maintain high standards in client service and operations.
