Law firm Switalskis has appointed experienced professional services marketer Elinor Gilles-Jones as head of marketing and business development.
Having built her career around supporting professional services firms, Elinor brings a wealth of legal industry experience to the role. With previous business development positions at both national and startup law firms, she became a Chartered Marketer in 2023.
Based at Switalskis’ Leeds office, Elinor’s responsibilities will focus on driving strategic growth across the group. This will include encouraging a cohesive team culture throughout the expanding company, connecting activity taking place across 11 offices and ensuring collaboration remains strong as the firm continues to evolve.
Elinor says the role came at exactly the right time in her career: “This position brings together everything I’ve most enjoyed in my previous roles – working in professional services, supporting charity initiatives, building a collegiate atmosphere and a strong commercial mindset.
