Nazia Nawaz is the most recent addition to Schofield Sweeney’s trusts and probates team. Appointed as partner, Nawaz has two decades of experience in the field under her belt.
Nawaz has established herself as a seasoned expert in her sector, advising and representing clients embroiled in disputes related to inheritance, probate, wills and trusts matters. She is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
