Promotion at all-female Ison Harrison office

Ison Harrison has promoted Geraldine Levison to manager of its Chapel Allerton branch.

Levison will lead the all-female office of Ison Harrison, where she brings a wealth of commercial property experience and will work closely with her colleagues at the branch, as well as property experts across the firm’s 13 Yorkshire offices.

Levison has 16 years of experience in commercial and residential property matters, specialising in acquisitions, disposals and leasebacks for both retail outlets and industrial offices. She also has experience in dealing with landlord and tenant issues, commercial re-financing and transfer of leasehold interests.

The property solicitor moved to the Chapel Allerton branch of Ison Harrison in 2017. She previously spent three years at the firm’s head office in Leeds.

Levison commented: “I’m looking forward to leading the talented team at Chapel Allerton having worked together so successfully for the past two years. As a popular area in which to live and work, Chapel Allerton and the surrounding area continues to thrive and there is high demand for property expertise in particular.”

“Chapel Allerton remains one of the most desirable and sought after residential and commercial areas in Leeds and Ison Harrison’s ideally placed Harrogate Road branch has been one of the firm’s busiest branches outside of the city centre, specialising in residential conveyancing, family law and wills and probate.”

“The team at Chapel Allerton collectively has over 50 years of legal expertise and is proud to be an integral part of the local community, providing the same first class service for which we are renowned across West Yorkshire and beyond.”
