Natalie Foster progresses at North Yorkshire Law

North Yorkshire Law has promoted Natalie Foster to fee earner within the commercial department.

Foster’s promotion comes after she completed her law degree at Coventry University, which she has achieved while working at North Yorkshire Law.

She will now move ahead with her studies and complete her post-graduate diploma, which will qualify her as a lawyer.

Foster spent a number of years at a large finance provider before joining North Yorkshire Law and embarking on her studies. She’s also a member of the Scarborough Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

North Yorkshire Law has promoted Foster amid a series of project wins and a 15% increase in case load, and shortly after Jaime Dodd joined the firm’s Whitby office.

Foster said: “The next couple of years will include some big plans for North Yorkshire Law and I am very pleased to be involved in acquiring new clients and more importantly retaining their business whilst continuing my legal training.”

She went on to say: “I am very privileged to have been trained by a large finance provider previously, so lender knowledge allows me to work with financiers more effectively. I have always wanted to move into the legal sector and having graduated this year I can now marry both experience and qualification to allow this to happen, with the support of Richard Boyd and the firm.”

Commenting on the promotion, Richard Boyd, partner at North Yorkshire Law, said: “Natalie brings her previous experience to the firm and now her law degree. But still her greatest asset is her enthusiasm for the job and her desire to get the best job possible done for our clients. I look forward to watching her continuing development.”

“The business has seen a series of exciting new hires and promotions recently. It is fantastic to see it continue to expand.”
