Lupton Fawcett relocates Sheffield team to city centre hub

Lupton Fawcett has relocated its Sheffield team to a new office space in the heart of the city.

The team is now based in the modern Cubo office building on Carver Street, part of Sheffield’s Heart of the City development.

The move marks a fresh start for Lupton Fawcett’s Sheffield staff, who transitioned from their previous office on Bank Street at the end of August. The new location provides a dynamic environment designed to foster collaboration and productivity, with amenities such as a roof terrace and an onsite barista.

James Richardson, managing partner at Lupton Fawcett, expressed enthusiasm for the move: “Our move to the vibrant and modern Cubo Sheffield marks an exciting new chapter for the firm in the city.

“Cubo offers a great workspace designed to foster collaboration, creativity and productivity. The serviced offices will allow greater flexibility, and we are in a better location for colleagues and clients.”

Sarah Sargent, partner and head of the firm’s Sheffield office, added, “The team are very excited to be in our new space and are looking forward to welcoming all our clients – old and new! Our new home will certainly help us push forward in the Sheffield legal world.”

The Cubo office building is a flexible, shared workspace, with Lupton Fawcett occupying a private office within the complex. The firm’s employees will use a hotdesking system, and colleagues from the firm’s other offices in Leeds and York will also be able to work from the Sheffield location as needed.
