Lupton Fawcett has announced the promotion of Charlene Vilia, a senior associate in its private client team, to the position of partner. This promotion reflects her significant contributions and expertise in the field.
Expertise and experience
Charlene Vilia joined Lupton Fawcett in 2021. She brings extensive experience in pre and post-death private client work. Her areas of expertise include the preparation of wills, inheritance tax planning, and managing lasting powers of attorney and enduring powers of attorney.
Charlene manages a diverse caseload, assisting clients both locally and beyond. She handles all aspects of estate administration, representing executors and administrators after a bereavement, whether the deceased left a will or passed away intestate. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and operates from the firm’s Sheffield office.
A new role
In her new role as partner, Charlene is enthusiastic about the future.
