hlw Keeble Hawson has represented St Luke’s Hospice in the purchase of new premises that will provide ground-breaking palliative care services.
Led by partner, Craig Law, the firm’s commercial property team has provided legal and strategic advice in the charity’s acquisition of Clifford House from Sheffield businessman, Hugh Facey.
Clifford House will form the hub for St Luke’s expanding range of community activities, providing a focal point for care in the earlier phases of terminal illness and creating a centre for collaborative work to develop improved care in Sheffield.
hlw Keeble Hawson has a long-standing association with St Luke’s, which aims to deliver the best possible palliative care in Sheffield for people over 18 who are terminally ill.
Law said: “We highly value our partnership with St Luke’s and were pleased to act in the purchase which will bring wide-ranging positive outcomes. The wealth of facilities include a large open kitchen, accessible rooms, tranquil gardens along with a library, music room and creative room.”
