Gordons expands regulatory and property disputes teams

Leeds-based law firm Gordons has bolstered its regulatory and property disputes teams with the appointment of two experienced lawyers, Rachel Little and Dominic Titherington.

Rachel Little and Dominic Titherington join law firm Gordons, which employs 170 people and has its headquarters in Leeds.

Rachel Little joins Gordons’ regulatory practice from Lupton Fawcett, where she advised clients on a range of legal matters, including environmental regulations, health and safety, licensing, and trading standards. Her background includes nearly seven years as an environmental, health, and safety advisor in the chemicals industry, where she was responsible for compliance management and incident investigations.

Meanwhile, Dominic Titherington has joined the firm’s property disputes team from Hagen Wolf. He brings extensive expertise in handling complex disputes for both residential and commercial clients. His specialisms include boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession claims, lease renewals, and dilapidation issues.

Gordons’ managing partner, Victoria Davey, welcomed the appointments:

“Our regulatory and property disputes practices are both performing well through additional instructions from existing clients and new client relationships being established,” said Davey. “Rachel and Dominic are enhancing their teams’ service offerings, providing added value to our clients through their expertise.”

She added, “They are highly regarded, personable lawyers known for delivering commercially astute, practical advice. These are qualities our clients appreciate, and we look forward to their contributions to the continued expansion of our regulatory and property disputes services.”

The firm represents a range of high-profile clients, including major retailers such as AO, Iceland Foods, Morrisons, Ocado Retail, and Wren Kitchens, as well as drinks company Molson Coors and parcel delivery business Evri.
