Clarion launches tax law offering with appointment of specialist team

National law firm Clarion, has added a dedicated legal tax offering to its suite of services with the appointment of a seven-strong specialist team that marks a significant milestone in the firm’s continued growth.

Led by experienced legal tax partners Bernard McIlroy and Fiona Sutherland, the team joins from MSA Law, bringing extensive expertise in corporate tax, structuring and planning along with additional corporate expertise. The appointments reflect the firm’s continued commitment to building out its service offering to better serve its national and international client base.

The addition of the legal tax and corporate specialists enhances Clarion’s capability to provide legal and tax advice across corporate, real estate and private wealth, a significant addition to Clarion’s existing corporate practice.

The team’s expertise in structuring transactions to meet clients’ commercial objectives in a tax-efficient way will enhance Clarion’s existing strengths, giving clients access to a broader range of complementary services.
