Property lawyers from the Leeds branch of Bevan Brittan advised insolvency firm Begbies Traynor and property consultancy Eddisons on the leasing of their new office space in the city.
Begbies Traynor and Eddisons have relocated from Toronto Square in Leeds to the second floor of 10 Wellington Place in Leeds.
The 7,567-square-foot office has room for expansion as the two companies grow and will house current employees. Furthermore, it will provide an office environment that is better suited to modern hybrid working.
Bevan Brittan has a prominent property practice, advising public and private sector clients on all aspects of property law, including landlord and tenant and property finance.
The law firm’s Leeds office is in high demand, having completed a string of deals in Yorkshire and across the country.
Simon Jackson, a real estate associate at Bevan Brittan in Leeds, advised on the 20-year lease assignment at Wellington Place.
Jackson commented: “It is always encouraging to see businesses thriving and needing to secure more space. I wish Begbies Traynor and Eddisons all the best on this exciting new chapter at Wellington Place.”
