AWB Charlesworth is continuing to expand with its offices in Bradford, Keighley and Skipton. The firm has now welcomed Cyrielle Lacaille, amongst others, to their litigation team.
Cyrielle has extensive knowledge and experience with the electronic communications code and the utility sector, which brings much-needed technical expertise to the Bradford legal community.
Elleanor Saunders has also joined the department as a paralegal. Elleanor graduated with a first in law from Leeds University. She worked for AWB Charlesworth during university breaks and impressed the firm with her exceptional attention to detail. Elleanor now assists Chris Cooper with property litigation disputes.
In addition, Chris Cooper has been promoted to director. He specialises in property litigation. Chris joined the firm in 2010 and since then has developed an extensive list of clients who regularly return to him for his expert advice. Chris has extensive experience in a range of property disputes, including high-value TOLATA claims with complex issues, agricultural disputes and commercial property disputes.
Partner and director, David Tear, heads the department and has nearly 25 years of experience in the commercial sector. Acting for several local, regional and national businesses, David has worked on a range of commercial disputes. David also acts for commercial landlords and tenants in lease renewal proceedings, property and lease disputes, and dilapidation claims.
David Tear said: “I’m incredibly proud of our litigation team and the addition of both Cyrielle and Elleanor will enable us to expand and offer even more excellent advice to existing clients, and to new ones.”
