Capsticks has recently welcomed Amy Stirton to its Housing Management team as legal director.

With 14 years of experience in the sector, Amy Stirton is widely recognised as a reliable advisor. Amy has garnered a reputation among clients for her confidence, expertise, and professionalism. Her extensive background covers a wide spectrum of housing management tasks. Additionally, she has led specialised training programs across the nation, focusing on crucial topics like addressing domestic abuse, anti-social behaviour, and the Mental Health Capacity Act.

Mike Owen, Head of the Housing Management team, said: “It’s my pleasure to welcome Amy to our team. She has an excellent reputation and substantial experience. I have no doubt that our clients in her regions will feel confident with her by their side.”

Senior Partner, Rachael Heenan, commented: “We continuously develop clear strategies tailored for the clients and sectors we work with, to ensure we’re able to provide the most comprehensive service available. Welcoming Amy undoubtedly is part of those efforts. With the best talent by their side, our clients can focus on what matters most – helping their communities.”

Amy will be based at the firm’s Chorley office headed by Partner Paul Lloyd. Lloyd, noted: “As a firm we’ve made great strides at growing our regional teams. Amy joining our team in Chorley is another step in the right direction, particularly as we’re focused on supporting our clients in the Midlands and the Northern regions.”
