Winston Solicitors has promoted property expert Leasa Foster to partner.
Having worked in law since 1999 in South and West Yorkshire, Foster has significant residential property experience.
As conveyancing manager in the residential property team, she leads a department she joined in January of this year.
Clients are delighted with her “friendly, down to earth” attitude while handling property transactions in an “extremely efficient and professional manner”, according to the firm.

Established in 2002, the firm now has offices in Roundhay, Leeds City Centre and Harrogate.
