The Great Legal Quiz is going virtual this year, with the Access to Justice Foundation organising the annual event to raise money for free legal advice services throughout the country.
Local law societies and other organisations throughout the UK will use questions and materials provided by the Access to Justice Foundation to run their own round of the Great Legal Quiz on 25 November.
Participating quiz teams are encouraged to make a donation, with all the money raised going to their local legal support trust to help fund local legal advice services.
If your local law society is running a round of the virtual Great Legal Quiz, you can take part. As an alternative, you can organise your own for members of your firm and friends.
All that is required is to choose someone to act as quiz master and then invite members of your firm and friends to take part in the virtual Great Legal Quiz via Zoom or Skype, either individually or in teams. Teams could be linked via a WhatsApp group chat.
Full details including instructions on how to register can be found on the Yorkshire Legal Support Trust website.
