Stowe Family Law has opened its first office in York.
The new office is its sixth in Yorkshire and takes the firm to 19 nationwide in total. It is located in the Tower House Business Centre on Fishergate, just a few minutes from the centre of the city.
The new Stowe Family Law office is led by managing partner Chris Birch, who practises all aspects of family law with expertise in resolving complex financial issues within divorce involving significant capital, trusts, different types of pensions and assets.
He has also advised on a number of cases involving family farms and agricultural businesses across Yorkshire.
The York office will also have access to Stowe Family Law’s in-house forensic accountancy team, which is trained to examine financial disclosure specifically within divorce proceedings.
The team is made up of experts in analysing the financial affairs of individuals, businesses, trusts and other investment vehicles situated both in the UK and overseas, to protect the interests of Stowe Family Law clients.
