Squire Patton Boggs and regional groups have launched a new service to provide businesses across West and North Yorkshire with free guidance on legal matters related to the UK’s exit from the EU.
Delivered by Squire Patton Boggs on behalf of Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership and York & North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, the EU Exit Legal Clinic will be open to all businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in international trade or part of international supply chains.
Specialists from Squire Patton Boggs will be available to offer one-to-one expert guidance on legal matters, covering a range of areas, such as contracts and other legal agreements, data protection, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, tax, state aid and competition, as well as other legal issues requiring specific, bespoke advice.
