PM Legal Services senior associate Liz Rowen has been promoted to head of operations.
The practice, a division of Keebles, focuses on residential leasehold property and launched 18 months ago. Rowen, its new head of operations, is also a founding member.
With more than a decade’s experience in specialist property management litigation, Rowen advises clients on county court and tribunal matters.

Keebles has expanded almost 300% in the last 12 months. The firm added two associates and a paralegal to its private client department earlier this month.
