Michael Lewin Solicitors appoints new industrial disease team leader

Leeds firm Michael Lewin Solicitors has appointed Tim Fieldhouse as head of industrial diseases.

Fieldhouse joins the firm from Eatons where he has spent the last five years as an industrial disease solicitor. He qualified in 2005 and spent time at Thompsons, where he undertook his training contract.

Managing partner Abbie Keech said: “Tim brings valuable personal injury skills and experience and his appointment further strengthens our senior management team.”

The firm’s industrial diseases team assists individuals that have been injured due to an industrial incident, typical injuries the firm deals with are noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) and repetitive strain injury (RSI). It also deals with claims for respiratory problems, vibration white finger and dermatitis.
