Legal Studio collaborates with worth.legal to bring private client expertise to Leeds

Directors of worth.legal and private client specialists, Helen Gott and Clare King, have collaborated with Legal Studio Solicitors to strengthen their business and bring additional expertise to Legal Studio.

Helen and Clare both bring decades of experience as senior lawyers in private practice. They are keen to bring their expert advice to clients on all aspects of Court of Protection and personal injury trust work with Legal Studio.

Helen stated; “We see estate administration, Court of Protection and personal injury trust work as a natural next step for our business. These areas of advice are well within our expertise and allow us to provide a more comprehensive service to existing clients and to welcome new clients too.”

The Solicitor’s Regulation Authority (SRA) regulates Legal Studio Solicitors, empowering them to provide ‘reserved’ legal services. This includes creating and administering trusts, offering Court of Protection advice, and managing estates in cases of a person’s passing. This collaboration allows Clare and Helen an avenue to be able to provide these services to their clients, as well as maintaining the current assistance that worth.legal already provides.

Ian McCann, CEO at Legal Studio, said: “We’re delighted to continue to grow Legal Studio’s private wealth team with Helen and Clare as well as adding their Court of Protection specialism. We’re very much looking forward to working with them to deliver the best service to clients whilst they enjoy the freedom and flexibility that being a consultant lawyer brings”
