Prosperity Law, a legal firm with offices in Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool, has announced the appointment of Karen Piontek as its new partner and head of real estate.
This development comes within a year of the firm’s previous decision to diversify its team by appointing three new partners.
Karen Piontek’s addition to the team brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Karen has a professional background spanning over two decades in commercial property.
She has successfully represented some of the nation’s leading companies, private investors, institutional landlords, liquidators, lenders, and charities. Her expertise extends across various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, automotive, medical, education, and rural areas.
Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, she stated, “It’s an entrepreneurial firm that gives partners the freedom to lead within their own discipline – and understands the needs of its people. I look forward to leading the team, expanding our work in this area, and bringing the very best service to our clients.”
Karen will primarily operate from the Manchester office, but her role will extend to overseeing operations in the firm’s other offices, representing clients throughout England and Wales.
