Yorkshire-based law firm Ison Harrison has acquired Skipton’s personal injury specialists Armstrong Luty Solicitors, further strengthening its presence across the region and expanding its legal services in North Yorkshire.
The move takes Ison Harrison’s total number of offices to 21, with more expected to follow as part of the firm’s ongoing expansion strategy. The acquisition also reinforces its position as one of Yorkshire’s leading full-service law firms.
Founded in 1995, Armstrong Luty Solicitors has built a strong reputation for delivering expert personal injury legal services in Skipton and the surrounding areas. The firm will continue to operate from its existing office, which will now run under the Ison Harrison brand.
The integration brings together two firms with shared values and a focus on accessible, expert client support. Armstrong Luty’s experience and local standing enhance Ison Harrison’s growing personal injury practice and expand its reach across North Yorkshire.
