High profile property development director joins BRM solicitors

BRM Solicitors, with offices in Sheffield and Chesterfield, has recently welcomed Julie Carr as the newest addition to its real estate team.  

BRM Solicitors has been providing services to private individuals, commercial organizations, trusts, and charities since 1982. 

Julie Carr arrives at BRM Solicitors from the national law firm Knights, bringing with her a wealth of experience in residential property development. Her impressive track record includes managing conditional contracts for the purchase and sale of development land, overseeing options and overage agreements, and navigating planning promotion agreements, joint ventures, and collaborative arrangements.  

Carr has a notable talent for coordinating land assembly and establishing development sites for plot sales. 

BRM Solicitors’ property team, now boasting 26 members, welcomes Carr as one of its nine directors. The firm’s impressive client roster includes renowned names such as Woodall Group, Gleeson Homes, Reef Group, and Global Brands.
