Boutique construction and engineering law firm Hawkswell Kilvington has strengthened its presence in the capital with the appointment of Ben Mellors as a partner to launch its new London office at 100 Bishopsgate.
Ben, a highly experienced construction lawyer, joins from an international law firm and brings a wealth of expertise in advising clients worldwide on all aspects of construction and engineering projects. His background includes contract drafting and negotiation, project delivery, claims, and disputes. He is also the co-author of FIDIC Contracts: Law and Practice and was part of the review panel for the latest FIDIC Standard Form contracts.
Recognised in prestigious legal directories, including Chambers & Partners UK and Who’s Who Legal for Construction, Ben is noted for both his contentious and non-contentious work.
