Hägen Wolf celebrates five years of continued success and growth, with a sizeable expansion

Leeds-based property litigation firm triples in size and extends footprint at One Park Row

Boutique property litigation law firm Hägen Wolf is celebrating five years of continued success and growth with a significant expansion of its existing premises at Gilbanks, One Park Row in Leeds city centre.

Since launching in 2020, the firm has tripled in size and now boasts a team of 11 specialist property litigation lawyers—one of the largest dedicated teams in this practice area across Yorkshire.

A series of recent appointments, including the addition of legal director Claire Moss, has prompted the need for more office space. The firm will expand within its long-standing home at One Park Row, operated by premium serviced office provider Gilbanks.

Commenting on the expansion, Hägen Wolf’s Managing Partner Matt Pugh said, “We have seen rapid growth in the five years since we opened our doors. The new space will provide improved facilities for our brilliant team and ensure we can accommodate new appointments planned through 2025, as part of the next phase of our growth roadmap. Gilbanks has been our home from the outset, and I can’t see that changing any time soon. As far as I am concerned, it is the best serviced office provider in the city. Both the fit-out and the Gilbanks service team are exceptional.”

Alex Duckett, Managing Director of Gilbanks, added, “Hägen Wolf’s success story is a testament to its ambition and talent, and we are proud to support its continued growth at Gilbanks. From inception five years ago, it has been a privilege to witness them flourish and become the recognised experts in their field.”

The office works are scheduled to take place in early May.
