Great Legal Bake set for 25 February

The Great Legal Bake is being held during the week beginning 25 February, giving everyone in the sector an opportunity to raise money for charity—and consume cakes to their heart’s content.

The Access to Justice Foundation is organising the Great Legal Bake nationally, while the Yorkshire Legal Support Trust, chaired by Leeds Law Society director David Barraclough, is responsible for the event locally.

Last year, the Great Legal Bake raised more than £35,000 nationally for advice agencies and charities that provide legal advice to the most vulnerable members of society.

Participants of the Great Legal Bake 2019 can organise a bake sale for their colleagues and friends.

All participants have to do is sign up as the bake coordinator for their team and start baking. Full details are available on the Yorkshire Legal Support Trust website.

The Yorkshire Legal Support Trust will provide participants with a free fundraising pack, which includes posters, flyers and other branded items to publicise their bake sales.
