Graysons has promoted Bradie Pell and Anne Rogers to partner.
Pell joined Graysons in January 2016 and is head of the firm’s family law team.
She has significant experience working in all areas of family law, with specific expertise in high value divorce cases, matters relating to children, and postnuptial, prenuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements.
Pell is also a member of Resolution and the Family Law Panel.
Rogers is a solicitor who has specialised in private client law for the past 10 years. She joined Graysons in 2017 to head up the firm’s expanding lifetime planning and estate administration teams.
She regularly deals with large and complex estates, including cases involving missing beneficiaries and family disputes. She also deals with lasting powers of attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, trusts, inheritance tax planning and care fee planning, as well as having vast experience of writing wills.
Managing partner Peter Clark commented: “I am delighted to welcome Bradie and Anne to the partnership. They are talented senior lawyers with well recognised knowledge and expertise and high levels of client care skill. I look forward to working with them over the coming years and to the positive contribution they will bring to the partnership.”
Graysons now has eight partners. The firm specialises in wills and lifetime planning, probate and estate administration, property, family, employment, personal injury, occupational illness, and injury and medical negligence.
