This will drive better client outcomes, enhance the colleague experience and deliver significant long-term value, providing strong foundations for Fletchers’ continued growth.

She will play a central role in shaping operational strategy and prioritising high-impact initiatives aligned to Fletchers’ growth ambitions.

Miriam will also lead Fletchers’ Business Intelligence function, strengthening the use of data and insight to support better decision-making and continuous improvement. In addition, she will oversee Learning and Development, focusing on building capability, developing talent and supporting colleagues to grow and succeed.
