Experienced solicitor to lead Switalskis’ family law growth in York and Ryedale
Switalskis Solicitors has strengthened its family law team with the appointment of specialist solicitor Juliet Walker, who will spearhead the firm’s expansion in York and Ryedale. With over 25 years of experience in family law, Juliet brings extensive expertise in complex financial matters and private children cases.
Recognised for her ability to handle high-net-worth divorces, asset division, and disputes involving family businesses and trusts, Juliet is also well-versed in international family law, frequently managing cross-border financial settlements and child-related matters. Her experience working with farmers and landowners further enhances her ability to protect generational assets in family proceedings.
Originally from Whitby, Juliet has worked internationally and is trained in mediation and collaborative law, equipping her to facilitate out-of-court resolutions wherever possible.
