Coole Bevis LLP has strengthened their national residential leasehold department. The firm has appointed Adam Davis as partner and Anna Davis as a solicitor.
In December 2023, Adam joined the firm as a partner based in Leeds. Anna Davis joined the team in January 2024 following the successful completion of her training contract with the firm.
Since qualifying in 2017, Adam has specialised in the niche area of leasehold enfranchisement law. He brings a wealth of experience representing both landlord and tenant clients in all areas of enfranchisement.
Adam and Anna become part of an established team at Coole Bevis LLP, with partner Jonathan Everett leading the team. Johnathan has specialised in advising on leasehold enfranchisement and leasehold disputes for over 25 years.
Adam commented, “I am excited to work with Jonathan and utilise the knowledge, experience and relationships I have gained over the last six years. My commercial background in the procurement process for legal services, together with the robust relationships I have built with a number of fellow leasehold experts including accredited valuers and specialist barristers, assists me in formulating the most pragmatic and risk-averse outcomes for my clients.”
