Capsticks appoints corporate and commercial partner to Leeds office 

Tim Dennis joins Capsticks’ Leeds office, enhancing its expertise in procurement disputes and commercial litigation.  

Capsticks has bolstered its Leeds office with the appointment of Tim Dennis as partner in its growing corporate and commercial team. A seasoned expert in commercial disputes, Tim brings over 15 years of experience specialising in procurement-related litigation, particularly within the public sector. 

Based in Leeds, Tim has a strong track record of handling high-value cases, including disputes involving NHS bodies, many of which have attracted national media attention. His recent work includes advising on disputes under the Provider Selection Regime and preparing clients for the upcoming changes brought by the Procurement Act 2023.
