National law firm Bond Dickinson has appointed real estate partner Julia Field to join its expanding Leeds office.
Field is a residential development lawyer who made her name as an associate solicitor at Shulmans where she worked in the firm’s specialist residential development team acting primarily for local and national housebuilders.
Prior to Shulmans, Field was an associate at Eversheds where she acted for national housebuilders, commercial developers and public sector bodies, including RDAs and local authorities delivering regeneration and housing renewal projects.
John Ralph, head of real estate and a partner at Bond Dickinson said: “We are delighted to welcome Julia to the firm. She is another excellent addition to our national housebuilding and residential development team as well as further strengthening our offering in Leeds.”
Commenting on her appointment, Field said: “I’m delighted to be joining Bond Dickinson’s housebuilding and residential development team and I am looking forward to working with the firm. Bond Dickinson is clearly committed to growth and increasing its presence in the Yorkshire market and has a prolific real estate group that is working with some really impressive and exciting clients.”
