Litigation and commercial law firm rradar has appointed two new directors to its senior leadership team.
Sarah Blanchfield, joining the law firm from Sedgwick International UK, has been appointed to the role of people director, with responsibility for leading and driving the HR function and staff strategy for the business. She has previously held roles at Capita, International Personal Finance and Bradford & Bingley.
Ruth Turner, who has held roles at PwC, Merck Group and Associated British Ports, and was head of finance processes and systems at DLA Piper, has been appointed as rradar’s new finance director.
She will lead the finance function both strategically and operationally for the law firm, with a specific focus on leveraging its existing successful platform and driving sustainable growth across broader business operations.
Gary Gallen, founder and chief executive officer of rradar, commented: “We are extremely excited by these appointments and are delighted to welcome both Sarah and Ruth to rradar. They have impressive track records and their experience and expertise will be invaluable to us. These key appointments further reinforce our strategy of bringing the industry’s best talent into our business.”
“We are always looking out for ambitious, high-quality and driven people to join our business. People like Sarah and Ruth bring deep and diverse experiences and skills that will ensure the company’s continued growth.”
Gallen continued: “Over the past 12 months, we have witnessed a significant increase in exciting new opportunities for rradar. This has included diversifying our offering, extending our services, products and proposition to new clients and strategic business partners that will drive our business forward.”
“We have much to be excited about and 2020 already promises to be a busy year, filled with exciting opportunities. Our vision and strategy are unique and ambitious, but with careful planning and execution, we will successfully deliver as a team and truly make a significant effect not only across the UK, but on a global scale.”
