His reputation as an elite practitioner in high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth divorce, international family law, and modern family structures has made him a trusted advisor to business leaders, entrepreneurs, and public figures.
Michael is particularly noted for his niche expertise in surrogacy and fertility law, an area in which he has been described in the Legal 500 (2025) as “the go-to” advisor. His breadth of knowledge spans financial remedies involving multi-jurisdictional wealth structures, trust assets, forensic asset tracing, and cross-border enforcement.
