Jacqueline Barr and Megan Curtiss are the latest lawyers to join the expanding property practice at Clarion in Leeds.
Barr joins as an associate after working with Sandersons for a year in its agriculture and commercial property practice. Since qualifying with Rollits in 2011, she has also gained experience with Langleys, Howes Percival and Birketts.
Clarion also recently appointed Curtiss as a paralegal. She joins from Beaumont Legal where she was a graduate legal assistant, having also worked at Lyons Davidson as a paralegal after graduating from University of Hull with an LLB in law.
Martin Grange, partner and head of Clarion’s property practice, commented: “With the market remaining fairly buoyant, we are still seeing our workload increasing and it’s important that we continue to boost the team by bringing young talent on board.”
“Both Jacqueline and Megan have huge potential and we look forward to working with them as they develop their careers with us.”
Barr added: “Having mainly worked in the agricultural property sector, I am excited to move into commercial property and broaden my legal knowledge in all aspects of property transactions. I admire Clarion’s commitment to providing clients with top quality legal advice and a good all round client experience. I look forward to working with the talented and dynamic lawyers here at Clarion.”
Curtiss said: “I will be embracing the fantastic opportunities Clarion has to offer as I am eager to develop my legal skills and knowledge alongside the talented professionals in the property team.”
