Keebles acts for Vacation Rentals UK on Mulberry Cottages acquisition

Yorkshire law firm Keebles has acted for Vacation Rentals UK during its acquisition of self-catering lettings agency Mulberry Cottages for an undisclosed sum.

Keebles client Vacation Rentals UK consists of cottage holiday brands such as English Country Cottages, Salcombe & Dartmouth Holiday Homes, Cumbrian Cottages, Blue Chip Holidays and cottages.com.

Founded in 2006, Mulberry Cottages has a portfolio more than 600 properties, ranging from country houses and cottages to beachside retreats and city centre apartments, across Southern England.

Following its acquisition, Mulberry Cottages will continue to operate from its offices in Canterbury, Cheltenham and Winchester.

Commenting on the acquisition, Vacation Rentals UK’s property and portfolio managing director, Allan Lambert, said: “We are delighted to be bringing the Mulberry Cottages business into our family of brands.
