Ward Hadaway has further strengthened its family law team in Leeds with the recruitment of Solicitor Nicola Hunter.
Hunter (pictured) has 19 years’ specialist experience advising and representing clients on all aspects of family law. Her expertise covers areas including separation, divorce, civil partnerships, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation contracts and unmarried partners’ property rights.
She is a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in complex financial and property matters and domestic violence.
With a particular expertise assisting in matrimonial cases involving high net worth individuals, Hunter joins Ward Hadaway shortly after the recruitment of family law partner Andrea Dyer, with whom she has worked for a number of years.
Ward Hadaway recently expanded to brand new offices at the Wellington Place development in Leeds.
Hunter said: “I am delighted to be joining Ward Hadaway at such an exciting time for the firm with the expansion to the new offices.
“The investment in Yorkshire and the firm’s commitment to growing its practice here is clear for all to see.
“It is also terrific to be linking up again with Andrea. We have worked well together as a team in the past and I feel sure we can do the same again here.”
Jonathan Flower, partner and head of family law at Ward Hadaway, said: “Nicola and Andrea make a great team so really pleased to be able to bring them back together.
“Between them, they have the experience and expertise to deliver a first-class service to our Yorkshire clients across the whole range of family law issues.”
