Yorkshire law firm Lupton Fawcett have promoted Richard Buckley to senior associate solicitor within their family law team.
Richard joined the firm’s family team in January 2019 as senior solicitor. He has more than 12 years’ experience in advising and representing clients in all areas of family law.
In his new senior role, Richard will continue to work on his specialist areas. These include divorce, financial issues, children matters, pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation.
Richard stated: “I am delighted with my promotion and I’m looking forward to continuing in my role in the family team at Lupton Fawcett, supporting our many clients throughout Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.”
Richard is also an accredited mediator and collaborative lawyer. He commits to helping separating couples resolve their disputes outside of court.
Chambers & Partners 2024 rankings recently named him a ‘spotlight lawyer.’
