Howarths, the people consultancy specialising in legal, safety and HR growth services, has announced the appointment of Lois Watson as Employment Law Solicitor.
As a dedicated employment law advisor, Lois will support and help to protect Howarths’ clients by providing commercial, accurate and timely employment law advice across all areas of employment law.
Lois comments: “When I first met the Howarths team, it was clear that we shared the same values – a passion for what we do, and we genuinely care about our colleagues and clients. It is exactly what I look for in an employer.

Before joining Howarths, Lois worked for a national law firm within the employment department as a senior associate. She qualified as a solicitor in 2019.
