Nasim Sharf has joined Wilkin Chapman to assist the firm with developing its corporate and tax business across East Yorkshire, the Humber, York and Lincolnshire.
Sharf will be based in Wilkin Chapman’s Beverley office, but will work closely with colleagues at the firm’s offices in Grimsby, Lincoln, Alford, Louth, Horncastle and Sheffield.
A chartered tax adviser as well as a solicitor in East Yorkshire, Sharf specialises in working with clients and their accountants to maximise opportunities in the delivery of legal services.
Over the last decade he has extended his professional reach into Europe, working with clients in Sweden, Germany and France. Meanwhile, on the domestic front, he has great knowledge of a range of businesses, with a particularly interest in the food sector.
Teresa Thomas, partner and head of the Beverley office at Wilkin Chapman, said: “Nasim is a fantastic addition to Wilkin Chapman, both here and in the rest of the region. He brings with him both experience and knowledge, which will greatly assist us as we look to growing our success both in terms of our clients and our legal teams.”
Wilkin Chapman named Andrew Holt as its new senior partner last month.
Holt took over from Mark Carlton, who stepped aside after seven years. He was named as head of the firm’s headquarters, in Cartergate, Grimsby.
