Jordans Solicitors has opened a new office in Selby, North Yorkshire.
This follows on from the successes of the law firm’s West Yorkshire operations in Wakefield, Dewsbury and Horsforth.
The new Selby office will be headed up by Stephen Morgan and Emma Brocklebank. Morgan is a wills and probate solicitor with 20 years of experience in the field. He has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2001.
Brocklebank is a family law solicitor with 16 years of experience and is a Resolution-accredited family law specialist. She will represent new clients in the Selby area in both the Family Proceedings Court and county courts.
As well as offering family law, wills and probate expertise, the new Selby division will offer a range of legal services for individuals, including civil litigation, conveyancing, employment law, personal injury, professional negligence and medical negligence.
The firm will also provide business law services, including company and commercial, debt recovery and commercial property.
Christine Sands, managing partner of Jordans Solicitors, said: “We are thrilled about this new office and the positive and welcoming response we have received from the residents of Selby.”
“This will be our fourth office in Yorkshire. We have made the decision to expand following the success of our Horsforth office, which opened five years ago and has gone from strength to strength.”
“Our business has been operating across Yorkshire for nearly 70 years. We look forward to embarking on our new venture in Selby and to offer a wealth of professional legal services to those living in North Yorkshire.”
The new Jordans Solicitors office is based in central Selby on Micklegate, opposite the local library.
