hlw Keeble Hawson corporate specialist invited onto Leeds Mind Board

Michael Cantwell, a partner at hlw Keeble Hawson who specialises in corporate transactions, has been appointed to the board of trustees at Leeds Mind.

Leeds Mind is a charity helps people with mental health difficulties to live life independently by providing support which meets their needs in key areas including employment, wellbeing, counselling and peer support.

Cantwell is a specialist in acquisitions and disposals, and advises on a range of banking, finance and private equity issues. He is also a member of the firm’s management team at its Leeds office.

“I’m honoured to draw on my commercial expertise and add value to the tremendous work of Leeds Mind,” he said.

“[It] campaigns relentlessly to reduce the stigma and discrimination against people with mental health issues and helps them to engage in their communities and achieve their goals.”
