Eatons Solicitors has opened a new office in Ilkley.
The firm, which has had a presence in the town for a number of years, is moving to a larger office on Church Street in reaction to demand.
This planned expansion builds on the success of the firm’s other offices across the region currently in Leeds, Bingley, Bradford and Otley.
Liz Williams, partner and head of the family law department at Eatons, will be based at the office.
She said: “We’re delighted to be able to bring our full range of services to Ilkley. We’ve seen an increasingly high demand for advice in conveyancing in an area where property prices have remained buoyant, and for advice on inheritance and wills where clients are wisely wishing to make sure that they’ve planned for the future. And these are areas in which we have a particular strength.”
Graeme Brown, managing partner of Eatons, added: “Eatons are thrilled about the latest chapter and are looking forward to the office going from strength to strength.”
“We chose to develop Ilkley because, after analysing where our clients are based, we identified that the majority of them are already in this area so we thought we’d make it easier by being on the doorstep. Plus, it’s a lovely place to work next to the Manor House Conservation Area, and the locals are so friendly!”
