Huddersfield-based law firm Eaton Smith Solicitors has appointed Lindsay Preston as a senior litigator in its personal injury team.
Preston (pictured) has more than 25 years of experience in all areas of personal injury law, including accidents at work, fatality claims, public liability and occupiers’ liability claims.
She also has extensive knowledge of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme (CICA) that enables victims of domestic abuse to claim compensation.
Preston has supported numerous victims of domestic abuse and sexual abuse in successful applications to the CICA, priding herself on fighting for the best outcome.
She is also a trustee at Pennine Domestic Abuse Partnership, allowing her to continue supporting domestic abuse charities.
